I placed the order for the lock based on the product image and description displayed at the time of booking. However, upon receiving the material, I found that the lock supplied is materially different in appearance/design from the product shown in the listing at the time of purchase.

The product supplied therefore does not appear to correspond with the product that I ordered based on the representation made in the product listing.

I request you to kindly verify the matter and arrange a replacement with the correct product as displayed at the time of booking, or provide a refund in accordance with the applicable consumer protection provisions and your return/refund policy.

I am retaining the order details, product listing/image, and photographs of the delivered material for reference.

Please resolve this matter at the earliest.
