Terms & Conditions – LinkCart Cashback Reward Program

Eligibility

• This cashback offer applies to selected Link products marked with the “Unlock Your Cashback Reward” promotion.
• Each eligible product contains one (1) unique QR code sticker inside the box.
• Offer valid only for purchases of genuine Link products within India through authorized dealers or official online platforms.

Cashback Value

• Each QR code corresponds to a fixed cashback amount based on the product’s value.
• Cashback denominations include ₹5, ₹10, ₹25, ₹55, ₹100, ₹150, ₹200, ₹250, or ₹500.
• Cashback amounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined.

How to Redeem

• Scan the QR code inside the product box with your smartphone.
• You will be redirected to the official LinkCart website.
• Fill in the required details to create or log in to your LinkCart account.
• The cashback amount linked to your QR code will be credited to your LinkCart wallet/account upon successful submission.

Using Your Cashback

• Cashback can be redeemed as a discount on your next purchase of Link products via LinkCart.
• Cashback is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and valid only within the LinkCart platform.
• Cashback credits expire 6 months from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

Validity & Limitations

• Each QR code is valid for one-time use only.
• Damaged, tampered, or illegible QR codes will be invalid.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Link Locks Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify QR code authenticity and customer details before crediting cashback.
• This QR code can be scanned only once per mobile number and email ID.
• To scan multiple QR codes, customers must use different mobile numbers and email IDs.

Technical Conditions

• Link Locks Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for network issues, server downtime, or incomplete submissions.
• Customers should ensure a stable internet connection while scanning and redeeming the QR code. 

Offer Period & Changes

• Offer valid for a limited time or while stocks last.
• Link Locks Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer or these terms without prior notice.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Link Locks Pvt. Ltd. will be final.

Privacy & Data

• Customer data collected during redemption will be used solely for offer administration and LinkCart account setup.
• Data will be handled according to the company’s privacy policy.
