I am disappointed to note that the product supplied does not match the specification provided at the time of purchase.

The specification clearly mentioned a steel cam, whereas the material supplied is hard PVC. This is a significant deviation from the advertised specification and falls short of my expectations from a reputed brand like Link.

I purchased this product based on the stated specifications, and the supplied material does not meet the required quality or performance standards. I request that you investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, either by replacing the product with one that conforms to the specified steel cam requirement or by offering a suitable remedy.
